To qualify for an exchange, items must be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags), and returned in the original packaging. Unfortunately, items marked as final sale, underwear, swimwear, and custom orders are not eligible for exchange due to hygiene and personalization reasons.
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at Support@mickyandmom.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the exchange in your email. You will receive detailed instructions on how to return your item. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs, and we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange criteria. If the item passes inspection, we will process your exchange promptly. Exchanges are subject to the availability of the desired item. If the item you want is out of stock, we will inform you and provide alternative options. If the new item costs more than the returned item, you will need to pay the difference. Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for items of lesser value.
